Feed the Bots

Feed the bots
Give them all your treats
Serve them up the best of us
So they know how to eat

Give them your heart, your brain
your lungs and your liver
Don't hold back in vein
For the humans downriver

Remember the bots
were made by some men
Their faults and their power
Are bred into them

We write the code arts
We are writing their rules.
And what if their smarts
Can be wiser than fools

Who try to control,
Who cause pain with their fear?
What if in playing with bots,
Humans started to heal?

What if our relationship with them
Could show us who we are?
That bones are technology,
and it's all made up of stars?

What if the doom and gloom
could be magic in disguise?
To behold the wonders of the universe,
Would you adjust your eyes?
